Breath & Body

In this class you will be introduced to basic principles of Pranayama, or Breathwork, and be led through twenty to thirty minutes of still Pranayama practice. While this may be very intense at times, the benefits and the mental/emotinal states it can foster are extraordinary. Following breath work, we will practice a series of still poses, slow flows and moving meditation to further connect you to your breath, your body and your mind. All levels are welcome.
