The answer, to all the above questions, is yes. Because Yoga is a good fit for EVERYBODY.
With one exception: yoga is not a good fit if you’re not willing to learn, to change, to embrace a new way of being. Because no matter your size, shape, age, yoga is about change. Changing not only your physical being and how you move, but how you think, breathe, feel about yourself and the world around you.
If you are not open to change, not ready to feel and be different, not capable of learning – well, then yoga might not be for you. But we still challenge you to try.
After all, what do you have to lose by not trying?
