Designed to be a well rounded practice for yogis of all skill levels, this traditional Sivananda class structure develops resilience of body and mind through methodical alternation between effort and ease. In this class we will practice breath-work, classical sun salutations, long poses of both exertion and surrender, and guided relaxation. While students can choose to make their experience both physically and mentally demanding, this slower paced class aims to leave you energized yet calm, ready to take on your day's next task.
