A basic class focused on personal attention with instruction on alignment and the principle of each pose. Classes will be one hour which will include 15 minutes of restorative yoga. Students will learn the poses and how the pose works in their own body.
In alignment with our mission to bring yoga to all people, this is a donation-based class.
Six weeks, six classes: June 21 - July 26 Tuesdays 8:30-9:30am
About the Instructor: Loran White has completed 500 hour teacher training at the Iyengar Institute of San Francisco. In addition, she holds an advanced certificate in Relax and Renew.
