Friday, June 2 -  6:00 - 8:30pm:

Energy Flow: We move through a practice that is designed to cultivate human electromagnetic energy by combining some aspects of Qi-Gong with a gentle flow. The class culminates in a simple practice of sharing this cultivated energy with the entire group. This is a great way to begin the weekend.

Saturday, June 3 - 11:00am - 1:30pm:

First Do No Harm: Intermediate Basics and the art of self adjustment alignment. Sometimes students need to go back to the basics in order to understand an advanced practice does not involve a headstand or scorpion pose! It involves meditation, breathing, proper alignment, isometric muscle contractions, spiraling of muscles, shortening of the front body. This class is for beginners and intermediate level practitioners. The length of holds can be long to focus on all elements which makes it challenging, but everyone is invited to take breaks when needed. The breath is our guide, not our ego.

Saturday, June 3 - 3:00 - 5:30pm:

Inquiry flow: A gentler flow (so don’t worry about attending both Saturday classes). This a flow that combines elements of Byron Katie’s 4 questions. You will need a pen and paper. The flow is broken up a few times to sit down and do self inquiry. Finally, we end this with a practice to help focus our attention onto the important things in life. 

Sunday, June 4 - 11:00 - 1:30pm:

Multi-dimensional Flow: Focusing on the the elements of Science, Spirituality, and Philosophy of Yoga. Why we practice, why we feel good, how it makes us better people.

Sunday, June 4 - 3:00-5:30pm:

Back Pain Workshop: From the top of the head to the toes, back pain can wreak havoc on our mental and physical state. No yoga experience required. We will discuss and practice ways to alleviate pain, correct problems, and modify our yoga practice and daily activities in order to stay happy and healthy. This a great class for everyone and great way to finish the weekend if you have attended all the classes.
