Resources about Sexual Misconduct, Sexual Assault, Healthy Relationships, and Helping a Friend

On Saturday, September 29, 2018 we partnered with Take Back the Night , offering a special yoga class called Shine Your Light Yoga, in conjunction with many other studios around the country. We are grateful to all who attended, joining together to hold those who have experienced sexual trauma and violence in love and support.

Katie Koestner, Executive Director of TBTN, compiled this resource for further support, education and healing.

May you be happy, may you live with ease, may you be free from suffering …

With love,

Karen
