Eric Krantz is a student of life with a diverse set of interests, but often finds that his fire has too many irons. Yoga helps him balance the cognitive demands of being an engineer and the emotional demands of being human. Eric studied the REY methodology under Kevin McQuillan and is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor with Real Evolution Yoga. He enjoys ashtanga, vinyasa flow, and acroyoga. One of Eric's favorite activities is exploring random yoga classes and studios in different cities.
Karen
Karen Buxcel began her journey into yoga after 40 years of living life and raising 4 children. What began as a committed daily practice of asana and meditation soon sprouted into the deep dive of becoming an instructor and Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist.
Karen has studied with Real Evolution Yoga, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, The Prison Yoga Project and the folks at AcroYoga. She is a student of medical qigong and weaves those elements into her classes. Though she has received many certifications and trainings, the title and role she holds most dearly is that of "Mom".
